1. Terms & Conditions

PHOTO LAB AL LTD. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect and how we use, share, and safeguard it when you use the AI Car Designer mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, we respectfully advise that you discontinue use of the App.

The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AI Car Designer mobile application, software, features, content, subscriptions, and related services that we provide. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, as the user of the App, and PHOTO LAB AL LTD. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE USING THIS APP. WHEN YOU INSTALL, ACCESS, OR USE AI Car Designer, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE APP AND DELETE IT FROM YOUR DEVICE.

2. Privacy Notice

Your privacy is very important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, process, store, and protect your information when you use AI Car Designer.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

3. Age Restriction

You must be 13+ years of age or older to use the App, in accordance with the App Store age rating.

If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. You Are Not Allowed To

You agree that you will not use AI Car Designer in any unlawful, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized manner. You must not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws, rules, or regulations, or in a way that harasses, stalks, threatens, abuses, defames, or harms another person. You are also not allowed to use the App to violate another person’s privacy, legal rights, or intellectual property rights, or to collect information for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, fraud, identity theft, or any other harmful purpose. The App must never be used for child abuse, exploitation, child pornography, illegal sexual content, or any activity that may be considered illegal, unsafe, or harmful.

You also agree not to remove, alter, or destroy any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices contained in the App. You must not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract the source code, merge the App or Software into another program, or create derivative works based on the App or Software. You are not allowed to bypass or attempt to bypass subscriptions, payment systems, security systems, usage limits, or technical restrictions, and you must not use bots, automated tools, scraping tools, or other unauthorized methods to access, overload, or misuse the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms.

5. Premium Services

AI Car Designer may offer Premium Services through paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Premium Services may provide access to additional features, higher usage limits, enhanced search capabilities, faster processing, or better service quality.

Before purchasing a Premium Subscription, the App will display the subscription price, duration, renewal terms, and available features. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Premium users may receive improved service quality and priority support where available.

6. Cancellation of the Service

Subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.

7. Refund Policy

All payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple through the App Store. If you wish to request a refund, you must contact Apple or use Apple’s official refund request process. We do not directly process App Store refunds and cannot guarantee that Apple will approve any refund request.

Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies and applicable laws.

8. Content / Usage Disclaimer

We do not sell your personal data. Text prompts or search queries submitted by you are used only to provide the requested search and summary functionality, improve app operation, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

The App does not guarantee that third-party sources, public websites, or online information included in results are accurate, lawful, updated, or available at all times.

9. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App or Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Updated” date at the top of this document.

You agree to be bound by any modifications or changes to these Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review this page to stay informed about any updates. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination Policy

We have the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service at any time if we believe that you have breached or violated these Terms and Conditions.

You agree that any such suspension or termination may be performed without prior notice. You also agree that PHOTO LAB AL LTD. will not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination of your access to the App.

Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or illegal activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
